10/10 service and products! Overall, I'm very glad that after all the hunting, we decided with Prime tiles. The quality of all the products they overall service we ended up with beautiful bathrooms. In response to Prime Tiles reply on 28/6...

You state that other fitters were reluctant to do the work after meeting me. That is a blatant LIE, after Cyprian let you down you only introduced me to one person, Bill, who did the job.

You promised items would be ordered and available for Bill to fit, these werent ordered causing him to stop work mid week for one day. Extending us living in building site again.

Regarding the drive, you promised to 'get a team over to clean the drive'. Unsurprisingly never happened. You paid me £100, £60 went to a decorator I had already paid to finish off the work that wasnt complete. There was cement ingrained in my stone drive from where your fitter was working. I had to purchase stone cleaner and jet was the drive twice and some marks remain.

Your fitter completed the job at the end of June. He didnt refit all the tiles, leaving the ones under the toilet as it was a bigger job. My tiles are lose once again! Also, you left 3 large bags of commercial waste here that the dustmen wouldnt take, I had to take them to the dump myself.

No tiles were replaced, the existing tiles were lifted and refitted. The fitter was here for under 4 days, so I dont know where you get the "additional £2,000" from.

I messaged Li on 28/6 saying there is still a lose tile and rubbish but he never responded. Further tiles have become lose.

The owner, Li never responded to the above or even contact me to ask if I was happy with the remedial work.

EDIT (again) - 10/4/2019
Still being fobbed off for the remedial work and electrical inspection. Absolutely NOTHING has been done and a series of broken promises regarding the remedial work.

I have a lose wire in the loft still, expensive floor tiles are becoming losing and grouting coming away, shower head on toilet falling off, noisy toilet button, sharp tiles in the shower area catching my feet where they are not flat, a sink with bad staining and the shelving inside with big holes in where the fitter wrongly cut it, towel rail manufactured wrong and the list goes on....

Sure, buy your items from Prime Tiles but they dont have their own in-house fitters and use contractors that come and go (usually go before a project is completer).

Edit. Nearly 6 months later, still being fobbed off, ABSOLUTELY NO REMEDIAL ACTION TAKEN BY PRIME TILES.

DANGEROUS WIRING AND UNFINISHED.

Initially, very very happy with the service, ideas and suggestions. No pressure. The transformation of my bathroom was great and attention to detail (to a point) by their contractor very good and would have left a 5 star review with the before and after pics BUT.....

The job took 3 weeks, when quoted around 7-10 days. Living with the workmans tools lying around for 3 weeks with no shower isnt ideal.

When undoing a rad upstairs, leaked into the kitchen causing staining on the kitchen ceiling. Twice.

Marks all over a recently decorated spare room where the contractor was storing his tools.

Items not checked prior to instal.

Contractor using my drive for cutting stuff, never put down and sheets so now, even after I jet washed it, I have paint / powder stains on my drive.

Li has on several occasions promised to return (after around 2 months since we paid in full) to remedy the work.

We still have:-
- Exposed wiring in the loft - a potential fire hazard next to the insulation that hasnt been re-laid
- Stains on the kitchen ceiling, driveway and marks all over the wall of our spare room
- Uneven shower floor with sharp edges between shower tray and floor
- Paint over new light fittings and door handles and poor paint in joins
- Poorly fitted radiator with cheap plastic chrome effect covers that are tarnished and badly fitted
- Very even join between carpet and bathroom, potential trip hazard

All in all, after such a great start and an amazing bathroom I am left with a shoddy end result and NO SIGN OF AN AGREED SOLUTION....

Not what I expect from spending £11,000 of hard earned money!

Stay away at all costs. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I parted away with £10k for tiles where the amount was paid in full back in May 2024 where only part of the order was delivered. Almost 90m2 of tiles were never delivered at £6500. I had to constantly chase and beg for the status of delivery and rarely got feedback. The feedback provided was to commit and I received an email confirming delivery in September which also failed and I had to go to the extent to contact the International courier to find my order would not arrive having waited 4 months. Extremely poor and caused significant delays to our home. Prime Tiles think I should be grateful I received a refund on the failed delivery having lost thousands in delays on a house rebuild.

From the start from ordering the tiles, the taps to the point of when they’re going to deliver Tee and his team provide a very good and professional service from start to finish.

We've just replaced two bathrooms, and were looking for a merchant to supply the baths, showers, sinks and toilets etc. in January. We visited Prime Tiles to purchase the tiling, and whilst in there we noticed that they had showers and basins on display. It turned out they also supplied bathrooms as well. They gave us a catalogue, which we perused for two days, and then we went back to order. Their advice was terrific, and their attention to detail was second to none. One the fittings and furnishings were ordered, they kept us updated. We had a few hiccups with the bathroom preparation but Prime tiles were more than happy to move delivery dates (several times) to suit our schedule. We made a few mistakes with our order (entirely our fault) but they exchanged things with no quibble, even though they weren't obliged to. We couldn't be happier with the finished bathrooms, and cannot recommend Prime Tiles highly enough. If you're looking for a bathroom refurb in the South Woodford/Wanstead area I would suggest them as your first port of call. Thanks guys for all your assistance and patience.
