Quick response to query. Initial meeting was good & we were able to design our bathroom easily. Measurement meeting was also good & a larger shower base was included in our price. A daily ohone call was appreciated. Simon arrived on the date & time stated & carried out the work quickly & efficiently. We gave 4* as on 1st use the shower base flooded due to insufficient drainage. Luckily, the new waterptoof floor worked! This was simply rectified by Simon & we are now very pleased with our new shower. I would highly recommend this company for people with limited mobility.

It's been a long time since I saw anyone work so hard as Luke the fitter. There were a couple of minor teething problems but they were soon solved, and we are happy with the finished bathroom, thank you Luke. Also, thank you Matt Stone at Customer Services for doing a great job at keeping us up to date throughout.

After Peter the rep's visit to show what we can have, Tony the Project Manager came to double check all measurements and accessories that we may need and adjusted accordingly.
The day of building arrived and Steve the fitter arrived at 8.00am with a big smile. Work started with dustsheets on floors and stairs .
Throughout the build Steve kept me informed or any slight changes or problems.
When near completion we found the incorrect size of shower screen was supplied, but this was because we had to have a small plinth due to heating pipes were in the way. This was rectified very quickly as a new glass was delivered from redditch to South London by 8am the following day.
All the rubbish was cleared by 8.30am. (Two seperate days collection) as my front garden is small. Well done to the removal men...
Upon completion Steve took photographs and asked if we were satisfied with his work.
We have had lots of builders over the years and Steve made less mess than others, and cleared up every night .
The next day Tony the project manager came round to check all was good with the bathroom fittings and to check we were satisfied with the job. 100% Good was the answer..
During the fitting Marcus from the office rang a few times to check on progress and asking if we had any problems..
I then had an email from Eve in the office for completion.
Well done all at Premier Care, I would throughly recommend to anybody wanting a new walking shower.

Excellent job on the bathroom and walk in shower. Ken and his team did a great job and the craftsmanship was superb. Also helpful was the time taken by Ken who was always at hand to explain various aspects of the work entailed and what was involved. There was also excellent support from Eve in Customer Services who rang every afternoon to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend Premier Care with the confidence they would do a superb job.

On behalf of my Mother, I would like to say how pleased she, myself and my sister are with her new bathroom remodelling/fitting.
Mum can now take a bath or shower sitting safely inside the bath, without the risk of slips, trips or falls. The sink and toilet suite compliment the bath and fixtures.
The walls provide a backdrop of white, with silver flecks of sparkle. Easy to clean and maintain.
Thank you to Matt for the daily calls throughout the week of fitting, to monitor customer satisfaction and progress - excellent customer service.
Also thank you to Steve who worked hard all week to achieve the fantastic bathroom that Mum wanted - we couldn’t have asked for a better Fitter.
