He is flexible on ordering products, available to answer questions, and is very experienced in offering advice and helping us work through our orders. He responds quickly to emails and is on top of what is going on. Potts showroom has a great selection and when something wasn’t on show, they were able to make recommendations to ensure we received amazing products. Would highly recommend both Potts and Steven!

Every bit of the service we received through Potts was exceptional. Kamala was fantastic at helping us create our perfect kitchen and making good use of every little space we had. We had great communication throughout.
David, the kitchen fitter had great attention to detail and we were so impressed with the work he did during the installation.
Brett came and painted our finished kitchen and we were impressed with the beautiful end result.

Lovely big showroom with wide selection of quality products. Easy parking. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You can wander round and browse at leisure. Designers willing to make suggestions as well as listening to ideas. No pressure to make decisions and changes accepted after discussion with no issues. Overall a pleasant (albeit lengthy) experience and we are pleased with our new kitchen and bathroom.

We purchased a hand made kitchen from Potts and was dealt with by a fantastic salesperson Kamala Malden.
Kamala put our ideas into reality and I must say that the kitchen once installed has worked out perfect for our needs.
We also purchased the worktops through Potts and are of a very high quality.
Potts hand made kitchens are very well made, and we used their recommended painter to paint the cabinets etc.
The cost of the kitchen was also very reasonable.
I installed the kitchen myself and so I cannot comment on the standard of their installation teams, but I'm sure they are excellent.

One final word, I would definitely recommend this company, would have no hesitation in using them in the future, and visit Kamala for that new kitchen!
