Orderd a light fitting on 23 January. Was told be 2/3 days delivery. No confirmation email or contact. Had to ring up to be told 10 days delay then after 10 days was told must been stolen off the delivery man and they would reorder. Waited again and had to telephone Russell several times for him to keep saying it was on order. Finally after several calls I cancelled order to be told I'd be refunded 3/5 working days. After a week no sign off money rang again to be told he'd bank transfer that day. He didn't. Rang AGAIN for him to finally do it. Nearly two months later. Avoid buying from this shop !!

Really sad experience with this company, i have given every benefit of the doubt and have to constantly chase Russ the owner up, repeated stories that dont make sense as an excuse, explaining they are let down by their courier services. Ordered an item 9 weeks ago !!!, no show…

I have recently given up and asked for a refund last week to be told it would be in my bank Monday morning as the refund had already been processed…. Money didn’t arrive, have given it an extra 2 days grace, still no refund, had to recall and request it again, being told he would process the refund now….
Still waiting…

Awful service, lots of excuses, comes across a genuine man but dont know what to believe anymore…. Stay away is my advice !

Russ, i have given you every chance to sort this and sadly now, i feel i have to tell people what i have experienced, sort your business and priorities out mate !!! People are spending their hard earned money at your shop and you are taking the mick….

Fraudulent- I purchased a kitchen Island a year ago and no attempt has been made to deliver my order or return my funds. They say they cant honor the order or offer me another colour which they say they have. So please repay me or deliver another colour.

We'd had difficulty getting the light fittings we needed from two other suppliers but Posh Living were able to order them in and get them to us within the weeks. Product absolutely perfect for what we need and was carefully packaged for shipment. Very responsive by both phone and e-mail. Superb service and would recommend to anyone!

Lights were advertised as being delivered in 5 days. After chasing a few times they eventually arrived 1 month later with no offer of compensation. Should of gone elsewhere.

Would NOT recommend this company at all for your home furnishings i ordered a table and 6 chairs in november 2022 and paid for it there and then in full cash in store i was told it would be in store in 2 weeks time then it only arrived well over a month later after chasing it up day after day then when i eventually received the table and chairs i only received 4 chairs instead of 6 and 2 of them where not the correct ones that i chose it then took atleast another 1-2 month for the owner russel to get me the correct chairs after contacting him weekly and at this point im still 2 chairs short i had been contacting the shop/owner for months and i have text messages as well that havent been replied to either and still to this do i am 2 chairs short over a year later.
Stay away from this shop.
