I had fantastic service and advice from Sales person Paige Baxter at Porcelenosa. I wanted as near a match as possible for a now discontinued tile which I loved since Porcelonosa designed and supplied tiles and fittings for a bathroom in our previous home about 12 years ago. We used some of the leftover tiles for our new home but after a house remodel we couldn’t get more of them to re-configure the bathroom.
Paige knew all the in house stock and made suggestions which we tried but they were not quite right.
She then spotted a nearly identical pattern but in a matt stone colour which was perfect and about to be discontinued. She tracked down enough boxes of tiles for us to use. We are really very grateful. Thank you Porcelenosa Sheffield and Paige for going above and beyond!

I looked for some wall tiles at Porcelanosa several months ago. The sales representative, Paige was very kind and helpful. She patiently listened to my requirement. Then she recommended several stylish tiles to me. With her great help, finally I found the suitable tiles for the kitchen and bathroom of my new home. Sometime later, Paige reminded me it was time to arrange the delivery. However, the schedule of my new home was delayed. I could not receive the tiles at the moment. I explained my situation and asked for some grace period. Paige was very considerate. She managed to make the necessary arrangement so that the tiles could be kept in their store until my new home was available. Very impressive and thank you!

I have recently ordered some tiles from Procelanosa and have been speaking with Paige. When we were finally getting our bathroom done we noticed we didn't order enough tiles and unfortunately the tiles were not in stock in Sheffield and had to come from Doncaster. Our bathroom fitter needed to finish within the week and Paige kindly offered to bring over the tiles to Sheffield so we didn't need to delay our bathroom any further and it could all be finished within the week agreed. Very happy with the service and professionalism and a big thank you to Paige!
