Customer service should be top priority in this climate we live in having spent a lot of money on tiles and trims and expressed not only once but a numberus of occasions that the tileing wouldn't be done for a couple of months they said they would be happy to help! If there was a problem down the line! BUT Guess what!! No they are not interested Happy to take your money which was nearly £1500 wanted to return a couple of trims costing nearly £200 as they wasn't any good because they were metal and had no flexibility and I needed that living in a 1940s house and the Walls are not perfectly straight but grouting tiles not a problem but metal trims with no flexibility no good Anna shop assistance was lovely but the manager needs to learn how to address customers they had me sending emails back and forth all afternoon and rushing home from work to take pictures to explain but a waste of time NOT interested please be careful before you purchase anything from this store would I shop again at this store? No! Would I Recommend NO!!

It was a pleasure visiting the Porcelonosa in Regent Street Leeds. Ray Wood was assisting me to get a replacement part that I needed. Ray was very helpful over the phone and got back to me super quick and was welcoming, friendly, and professional when I visited the store. It was so nice being made to feel welcome by Ray and the other staff. I bought my bathroom fittings from Porcelonosa some years ago and was certainly encouraged to go back again by the reception I got.

Absolutely appalling experience. Ordered tiles for my bathroom but no allowance was made for wastage by the team. So I had to spend an additional £500 to finish the bathroom. They charged me over a hundred pounds extra and billed me for tiles I didn't order. It has been over 4 weeks and still awaiting a refund.

Was told I would receive a call from the regional manager over a week ago.

Yep - go here, if you want outstanding customer service. Ray was on it - showing wit, care and attentive help. Things were sorted. Only needed a small replacement item - but the service was right there.

They have a good range of tiles and the staff were helpful, however Porcelanosa are getting a LOT of bad reviews on google and trustpilot and I can see why.

Some of the order we paid for has never come, at all. Turns out they took payment for stock they no longer can even sell.

We had a problem with one of the bags of adhesive they sold us, all I got for weeks was people passing blame and refusing to help at all.

One of their guys even walked out of our house with some of the things I bought claiming that it needed to be "tested" but yet we've never seen him or our stuff back.

It's pretty criminal the way they are treating people, really.

Some of the sales team are helpful, but some of the other staff are just absolutely awful people who will happily leave you in a real mess and won't care about you at all.

For the extra money Porcelanosa cost, it's not worth it. Buy tiles for a quarter of the price elsewhere, and save a LOT of hassle.

They seem to just issue replies to look good but aren't genuinely interested in following them through

It is not often that I write a review on here but the superb customer service that we received from the Alastair Stewart (Sales design Consultant) was absolutely first class in every way and deserves recognition.
We recently visited the Leeds showroom to view some bathroom tiles we had seed on a display elsewhere.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he took time to explain about each of the tile choices we made and their suitability, and availability etc. He arranged for samples to be delivered to the showroom and kept us informed on their progress, even on his day off!
A great shopping experience and we will definitely be purchasing the tiles from Alastair shortly.
