Pizza Max: A Complete Scam

If I could give Pizza Max zero stars, I would. This so-called restaurant is an absolute disgrace. They advertise delivery within 20 minutes, but that claim couldn’t be further from the truth. I waited for TWO HOURS for my order, and during that time, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to check on my delivery status. Instead of offering an apology or an update, they had the audacity to completely ignore my calls.

The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is staggering. Not only did they waste my time, but they also treated me with utter disrespect. How is this even a functioning business? If you’re looking for good food and reliable service, avoid Pizza Max like the plague.

Save yourself the frustration, your time, and your money.

Horrible Service and a Complete Waste of Time

We ordered a pizza from Pizza Max Battersea, and it was an absolute disaster. We waited for over an hour, but the food never arrived. We tried calling the restaurant, the delivery driver, and customer support multiple times, but no one answered. The restaurant eventually closed, and we were left without any food or explanation.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill an order, at least have the decency to communicate with your customers! We wasted our time and energy for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from Pizza Max Battersea.

This is my local takeaway pizza. I think the pizzas are good, unpretentious and solid. It’s not my favourite base and is on the sweet side. But the toppings are generous and it always fills me up. The service is always friendly and the pizzas are good value.

The worst thing I have even eaten in my life. The riba were undercooked, almost raw... that was supposed to be be Greek salad. I am sure the amount of cheese is less than 10 grams...shame. I have never ordered food that basically remain untouched... shame
