We would highly recommend Pipeline to anybody looking to remodel their bathroom. From initial contact and consultation, through to the quotation process and then to coming on site, Paul and team were professional, courteous and responsive throughout. Paul interacted proactively with us and asked questions regarding our preferences at each stage of the process to ensure we were getting the bathroom we envisaged. Paul and team arrived early at a regular time and ensured that any mess was cleared up at the end of each day. The end result is fantastic - we couldn't be happier. The quality of the workmanship is superb.

Paul and his team have just replaced my family bathroom and created an ensuite out of a wardrobe. Paul gave good advice at the design stage and his management of the project was excellent, ensuring that the specialists were brought in at just the right point to ensure time was maximised and the project was brought in ahead of schedule. Paul knocked through our very dated bathroom and separate toilet into one lovely space, fitting a bath, toilet, shower, sink and built-in cupboards, alongside plastering and tiling. Communication was great and Paul and his team were very punctual, arriving when they said they would and finishing the job on time and on budget to a very high standard. Paul has recently refurbished our bathroom and we are delighted with the results. I took Pauls advice on a number of issues, he really does know what he is talking about, and won't hesitate to say if something is not a good idea! The new tiling has been done beautifully and the repairs to the ceiling are perfect. Paul encountered a couple of unplanned issues along the way, but he came up with excellent solutions that took him and his team longer than planned to sort out. He was good enough not to charge for the aditional time. Pipeline went above and beyond - would highly recommend.

From the initial enquiry to the design and original quote which was then followed by countless emails from myself with changes here and there Paul was incredibly professional and helpful all the way through the project and Mark (Tiling) and Andy (Electrics) the job they did on both our family bathroom and en suite was amazing. Both have been completely transformed from what they originally were and the install and finish are of the highest quality. I could not recommend them anymore highly and we will definitely be looking to use them again when it comes to the downstairs cloakroom and the kitchen.
