We are so grateful for all of the really helpful advice and guidance when designing our new bathroom. Our 350 year old cottage was making it very difficult for us to have the bathroom layout that we wanted and many other companies said it couldn’t be done. Philip and his team including Nick the fitter came up with some amazing solutions (even fitting the shower enclosure into the roof space, see picture) and delivered exactly what we wanted and more. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Phillips bathrooms.

Team Phillips Bathrooms are the best in class! They understand customer service, attention to detail, flexible scheduling of delivers, technically competent, value for money and amazing product knowledge. Together these skills allow them to be the most helpful supplier I have worked with. Phillips supplied me with 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom during a refurbishment project and I can recommend their design and supply services all day long. We looked at the high street chains and they could not compete on any level with a genuine family run independent.

Frist Class service with a personal touch. Phil helped us out when had issue with a cast stone bath cracking from another supplier( that had 4 attempts at replacing) Had to be exact same bath as floor lights layed out to suit,
So we had no hesitation for the next project of full house reno 3 bathrooms/shower rooms. Great selection to choose from, all styles and the best bit is the product knowledge( pet hate of mine when sales folks don't understand the product). Phil advised on best solutions and products and not just by price. Delivery was spot on as it all fell during early Covid times which effected supply and our build. Had a few minor issues with the supplied products( not un-expected due to the number of items we had delivered)and just recently a breakage(1 yr on) which Phil and team sorted both out quickly . Unfortunately no plans to move again, but Phillips would be our first and probably only point of call if we did.

I recommend Phillips Bathrooms very highly. Our builder suggested visiting them because of their reputation of spending time with their customers until the have the bathroom design and fittings that they want. And that’s exactly what we got. They had great ideas of how to make the most out of our space, were able to show us examples in the showroom, and they double checked all the measurements at our home. Thanks to their effort we have exactly what we want. Always polite, friendly and helpful - they know their stuff! They were also on hand throughout the project (after sales), when there were builder hiccups along the way. They are certainly a five star company.

Such a lovely family run business with oodles of knowledge from the brand's they stock to the hiccups to avoid when fitting.
We tried everywhere else before hand, but Phillips Bathrooms are definitely the go to for all your needs.

A big Thank you to the whole team at Phillips bathrooms for helping us plan and order our bathrooms and cloakroom. They have a unique ability to be hands on and advise and liaise with builders too. Iona and Phillip spent quite a few Saturday afternoons planning our designs and also did a site visit. That was so important as we were real novices to all this. If we could give 7 stars we would!
