Rosie was amazing in helping me design my engagement ring. From the very beginning she was attentive and enthusiastic about helping me find the right ring for me. She worked quickly providing two designs within a week and was ensured I know I could change either of them as much as possible and never put pressure on me to commit to something I wasn't sure about. If I could give a sixth or seventh star I would. We trusted Petra Jewellery with making our wedding rings and I'm so glad we did. We really couldn't be happier. I went to Petra Jewellery 3 weeks before our wedding date to get my engagement ring cleaned and polished. I was aware their general turnaround was 1-2 weeks but they got it done in just a few days to make sure I had it in good time for the big day. I didn't ask, it was just done!
Polite, friendly and welcoming team and I would definitely use them again!

Great service from our cold call in December 24 when we met Rosie. She was patient and attentive even managing to cut my wife’s wedding ring off when nobody could remove it. Both the wedding ring and engagement rings were rebuilt. On collection we met Jo who was lovely. The rings had been rebuilt to a high standard, my wife was delighted with them.

I had a lovely couple of hours at a gemstone experience, such fun, very interesting and informative too. The team are very knowledgeable and good fun too. Thank you to Jo and Rosie!

They have also remodelled my mums engagement ring for me, Abi was gentle, in what was an emotional experience for me but completely understood what I wanted and designed the most beautiful ring for me. I was and still am completely delighted with it.

I visited Petra to have my engagement ring checked over, polished and cleaned. The service was exceptional with a friendly greeting and a very quick turnaround time on the clean and polish itself. My ring looks brand new and exactly how it did at the time of our engagement. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend to others!
