Unique and interesting items of furniture for sale. Reasonable prices. Outstanding after-sales service. Was worth the 120 mile drive from London to see their extraordinary large store display. We bought some retro industrial dining room chairs that everyone comments about. Highly recommended. Just wish they had a similar store in London. We need more of these one-of-a-kind independent British shopping institutions!

Bought a dining bench in the sale and was a bit worried as I'd never really heard of the company previously. Wow, I should not have been worried at all. The seat is absolutely gorgeous. Customer service was great when I needed to ask a question. I'm just so impressed. I will not hesitate in the future and will 100% be buying from them again. There was a tiny mix up on delivery but it was not Peppermills fault and I ended up having the bench a lot sooner than I had expected.

I had an excellent experience with this company when purchasing a set of Luxor Wood and Metal Stacking Chairs. They answered my initial questions and helped me place a pre order. The items were delivered promptly and when two of the chairs were faulty they swiftly arranged for replacements to be sent. They are well made chairs at a good price.

Highly recommend Peppermill Interiors. Great products at reasonable prices and outstanding customer service. One of the chairs we ordered was slightly damaged. I spoke with Danielle who had a replacement on it's way to us in no time. She was super helpful, friendly and efficient.
We are at the end of a large home renovation project and have dealt with many suppliers. Peppermill really stood out. I wish everyone had been this well organised and professional.

Bought some chairs from here for light home use, around 3 years later the legs bent with weight of guests using over time, they all snapped eventually and broke. Around £300 each! Of course as most furniture outlets lots of their products come from China. However, you purchase from the UK for good customer service. They really weren't interested in my issue and suggested we buy something else. This type of customer service is just acceptable.

Such a beautiful, unusual furniture store. I have purchased a number of items from here and what always amazes me is the staff. I don't know who does their recruiting but their staff are just incredible. It doesn't matter who you deal with they are always so friendly and helpful.
