Bought a kitchen from Pebblestone, they supplied and fitted, finished July this year. I would have said I was very happy, until the oven came apart just over two weeks ago. I phoned Gavin at Pebblestone who I’d bought the entire kitchen from. He refused to take any responsibility, didn’t even apologise, just went on about an expensive-sounding American fridge freezer he’d bought himself and how once an appliance was installed it was nothing to do with him. Even though he installed it and I bought it from his shop. In the end I had to give up my time to contact and liaise with the manufacturer direct, who have no local engineers so we had no oven for over two weeks.
I’ll leave you to decide if that’s the service you want from a shop you’ve spent thousands of pounds with. Personally I thought it was poor and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

We have just had a kitchen fitted by Pebblestone kitchens. we are so pleased with it. Gavin the owner is so helpful and pays great attention to detail. We found the price very reasonable and Graham the fitter has done a very professional job. We really do highly recommend them.
