We went back to Paula when it was time to update our lounge as we had been highly pleased with the snug she had done for us the year before. All in all we are once again really satisfied with the outcome. Paula is a natural at what she does, has excellent design ideas and knowledge, a very discerning eye , plus a willingness to listen and the knack and patience to pull it all together to a very pleasing conclusion. Once the work starts Paula and Melissa are very on the job making sure all runs smoothly and to the highest standard and seemed genuine and interested in their customers and their story. Conclusion: good quality - yes; good value - yes; professional -yes; responsive: yes; on time - yes -just had to wait for one last chair where there was a delivery hold up. Would use again? Yes - expensive, but well worth it.

We have had Paula and her team to help with the interiors of our current home and our previous home. Many of the pieces we had in our last house have stood the test of time and work really well in our new house. Paula, Charley and the wider team have always been a pleasure to work with. They listen, but push you out of your comfort zone when needed.
There is so much choice out there, all a swipe away that making decisions about what’s going to look good is often overwhelming. We lucked out by walking into Paula Gundry Interiors Unthank showroom a decade ago. It takes a lot of work to make your home look effortlessly stylish! Thank you.

Paula updated our living room a couple of years ago and we were so pleased with it that we had no hesitation in asking Paula and the team to take on another piece of work for us. Paula and Jade came up with some great ideas but were also happy to suggest alternatives for anything we didn’t like. When it came to installation, they were very organised, ensuring that a range of good tradespeople turned up on the right dates and knew exactly what was required. Paula’s focus on service and quality was clear and she made sure that everything was to a high standard, completed and that we were completely happy before signing off. Overall, we were really impressed with the service from Paula and the team, as well as with the final product and we would definitely recommend.

Paula Gundry Interiors sourced some fabulous obelisks for us. We has been looking for some time for something that really stood out but were struggling. We contacted the store and within no time at all they had found something that fitted what we wanted perfectly. Delivery was quick and the customer service was second to none. A visit to Paula Gundry interiors is a must if you need guidance from such a experienced and expertise interior designer. My husband and I were so thankful that we went to the shop to browse and we were approached by Paula Gundry , so professional yet welcoming and helpful.
I explained that I had been left devastated after planning our lounge in our old school house with my dream style sofas from John Lewis and they had been discontinued.
Paula said they could make anything we desired and with her knowledge and talent suggested ideas that we would never have thought about ourselves.
Our items were delivered personally from the manufacturers in Derbyshire and had been made by one person from start to finish, beautifully handcrafted and buttoned with amazing workmanship and much care to detail and quality.
We are extremely pleased with our sofas/chair/chaise/cushions/throws/and exquisite statement ceiling light and so thankful to Paula for making our lounge so special and individually created.
We highly recommend Paula Gundry interiors to other customers considering future business and will be regular visitors to her store.

Dreadful experience, rude Staff, poor quality products totally unprofessional in everything from start to finish. My advice for a similar style to this place offers would be Neptune’s who are outstanding at both customer service and quality. And employee staff that don’t make you feel like the poor relation. My advice to Paula would be to look at what other companies are offering and then understand what a poor service you and your team are offering. Each and every customer is vital but Paula’s attitude of she’s always right is a clear sign of her own personal self imposed status of being superior to the customer.
