Very poor service. We had to delay moving into our new home because the kitchen wasn’t finished. Kitchen quality is good (the kitchen fitter was excellent) but we paid extra to get a hand painted finish. After the third attempt the quality of finish is still poor. After a further 4 months of chasing a new batch of paint was sent and an offer to pay half the cost of a decorator to finish it off. After 7 months, the kitchen is still not finished.

I used Parker Rose because I had seen their work on a friends house and the attention to detail was very impressive. Now I’m sure after having them fit my kitchen that this is the best Kitchen I’ve ever had and couldn’t imagine myself ever using a different company. I was kept updated, the fitters kept the site clean and are very polite, my estimate stayed on budget and they went above and beyond my expectations. 5*.

Would we recommend ParkerRose? Absolutely and without hesitation.

From start to finish ParkerRose (Rory and Simon) have been a delight to deal with as have their plumbers, electricians, tiler etc.

ParkerRose installed two new bathrooms for us, we are super pleased with quality of products and workmanship.

Initial design – whilst we had a good idea as to layout/design/colour scheme Rory took our thoughts to another level. He recommended other options and better quality products which were at a similar or better price to the ones we thought we wanted!

Communication – fantastic two-way dialogue, totally accessible be it by messaging, phone or in person. All questions answered promptly and ideas/suggestions fully discussed.

Installation – the attention to detail and desire for perfection was incredible. We were particularly impressed with the Tiler. All team members were very respectful of our property.

End Result – two beautiful Bathrooms which we love. We are so happy with ParkerRose we are now looking to have a further en-suite Bathroom installed and a new Kitchen.

We bought an ex-display kitchen which whilst on display had a Quooker tap (a real one). On receiving the kitchen from storage the Quooker tap was missing only to be told it was a 'dummy tap'. This was of course nonsense because Quooker tap was clearly stated in the kitchen inventory and was seen with our own eyes. Anyway to cut a long story short, had to go through the small claims process which just before the step of taking to court £1000 was paid for the replacement we had already installed so as not to delay the kitchen. So the moral here is what you see isn't necessarily what you get and be prepared for an attempt to pull the wool over your eyes by Mr Rose.

We moved into our late 60's bungalow (that, it seemed, hadn't been touched since it was built), with the full knowledge that we had a lot of work ahead of us. The largest project by far was going to be the kitchen.

We decided that we would use a Project Management company, while we sunned ourselves in hotter climes, and decided to go with Parker Rose having been recommended to us by a good friend. We weren't disappointed!

As expected there were some hidden horrors on the way, but they resolved and dealt with them with the minimum of fuss and gave us an exemplary kitchen at the end of it.

Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there for support, advice and solutions.

Parker-Rose Interiors are doing the kitchen/ tea station in our brand new offices being built in Abbots Ripton, Cambridgeshire. I cannot recommend them enough, the communication throughout has been 10/10. We've been kept fully in the loop from start to finish.
