We recently purchased a sofa from Park Furnishers Bristol. Neil was so helpful throughout and helped guide us to pick our new sofa in a calm manner which is not what we experienced elsewhere. Cannot compliment Neil enough on his advice and relaxed nature. We will definitely be returning for future purchases, it's rare these days to have a shop that does push you hard for a sale. We found Park Furnishers staff very helpful and informative about all the beds for sale. Particularly Kieran Donaghy very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured into choosing a new bed and encouraged to lay on each bed until found correct one for us. We had last bought furniture over 30 years ago from Parks and were very pleased to experience the same very professional and friendly service we had all those years ago.

We recently purchased a Hypnos mattress from Park Furnishers Bristol. We were welcomed into the store by Neil. He was very kind and helpful and understanding of our needs and didn't pressure us at all. He gave us lots of advice on mattress's and recommended a mattress protector which we also purchased.

We bought an Omega kitchen from Parks (Leekes) in Bristol, which was fitted two years ago. Including electrical goods it was just under £30k. Recently a door and a drawer fascia developed what looks like expansion from moisture. The manufacturer and Leekes are accusing us of causing the damage. Goodness knows how. They must think we are sitting the items in water. I would advise people considering buying from Leekes not to. They do not stand up for you when dealing with their supplier over faulty goods (goods not fit for purpose). The contract of sale was with Leekes and if this issue happend again we will have to take the legal route.

Parks have asked me to contact them with regards to their reply to me. Not sure how as it takes me to Google maps. If you read this Parks please give me a way to contact you directly. I have ready tried to resolve issues via customer care etc but the answers of the business are really not very good.
