been waiting for my kitchen to be finished since march, still waiting..
this is how he left it.. and waited two months just for the worktop.. never use again.

left with no cooker for over two months and yet tried to chase him and no answer. if you’re wanting this company to complete your kitchen, give them at least a year instead of a few months to complete this.

and did not level out flooring when they destroyed it.

given us uneven surfaces, wine cooler that we can’t use. photos as below. would not recommend.

Stay away from this company. The service provide it’s bellow any standards. You can check the pictures as proof of job they done. The fitters ruin one of the wall as instead of remove one shelf they just rip it off leaving holes. Previous old kitchen unit was fitted perfectly, worktops was flash with walls and units with floor. They excuses for they poor job was not straight walls and not level floor , for kitchen which is made and fitted to size . On of the worktops is 2 cm from wall , the gap is filled with silicon , I just can’t get my head around this ! Just see pictures , they can even make worktops flash with cabinet. I really don’t know how this business is still going with such poor standards.Handles not in level, doors not levelled. This kitchen is so basic that I can’t really understand how poor skills or lazy you need to be to make something like that. I was told that old will be fixed, fitting if kitchen was originally planed for 8 September, of course was week delayed and I not fixed till today. But today I have enough, this company will be reported to trading standards as they are just cowboys and I will recover my money for kitchen and all damages through small claim court. Evidences below.

Such a transformation! Simon was brilliant from start to finish, helping with the design of our kitchen and the logistics around everything. He gave us fresh, innovative ideas - some we didn’t even think of ourselves. Smooth process, kitchen fitted on time and to a very high standard (the pictures don’t do it justice!) If you want a job well done then go to PDA Kitchens!

If I could rate them a 0 I would. The kitchen took so long to finish, we were left incomplete for many months and gave up in the end, plus so much is poor workmanship. We constantly were chasing Simon, I strongly would say to look elsewhere and do not recommend PDA they are pretty dam awful. The kitchen fitter was rude, my kitchen was expensive and the kitchen fitting is poor the longer you use it the more areas that are poor come to light.

In 2018, I purchased a kitchen from PDA. From first contact until completion their service was first class. Simon was always available to assist in design with suggestions and help. The team who installed my kitchen were professional and cleaned up before leaving each day.
I couldn't fault their work in any way and did not have to call them back for any reason during the past five years.
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new kitchen.

Absolutely shambolic experience! Ordered a Burbidge kitchen. It started well, but it wasn’t finished off. After numerous attempts to call ( 6-8 times per day) I was forced to drive to his office where I was told a pack of lies about when it would be finished. In the end we used a local chippie
( who is brilliant) to finish the job off at our expense. Zero communication apart from when he wants money and if you don’t pay he threatens that the installation will be delayed. Please don’t use them and save yourself the grief!

Designed our kitchen with Simon over 2 years ago who was very accommodating and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Found him to be very friendly. We finally got started on the installation work in April 21 the builders that came were arrogant, unprofessional and unhelpful. Charged us extra for levelling the floor that should have been included with the price. There are still bits that they haven't completed. The plasterer came before the electrics had been completed meaning they had to cut holes in my plastered ceiling and fill, these can still be seen after 3 coats of paint. We did the floor ourselves and the fitter that came said the levelling of the floor was poor quality so had to pay again to get this put right. The fitters said they would come back to fit the plinths but after emails to Simon who only became interested in getting the final payment we haven't heard back. We are now getting someone else to complete the job. Would I recommend NO if you do go with this company please make sure you leave more than £500 to pay for final payment. We've ended up paying more than this to fix the shoddy work that was done.

Had our kitchen put in 2 years ago, had a few problems to begin with but thought all would be OK. The fitter finished but had left lots of things not finished off, washing machine could not be plumbed in due to no holes in the cupboard, splashback coming away from wall, counter top not trimmed and marking the cupboard, the corner unit wasn't fitted correctly so door couldn't open or close properly, had several promises from Simon that it would be sorted, we have since moved and it still hadn't been sorted. Covid was not an excuse as all this happened before this. Would we use again and recommend never.
