I had a full bath restoration. The bath surface failed after a couple of months. After ignoring multiple emails and phone calls they finally came to repair it nearly a year later. The repair was to just paint over the area that had failed with a promise to come back again to 'finish' it. Needless to say despite multiple emails and calls that hasn't happened. I gave them a months notice that I would be posting this google review, but still nothing. The product is poor, the guarantee worthless, and the customer service appalling. Avoid using them if you possibly can.
