Even from the initial planning stages, through to the level of care taken when prepping before any work has begun was so thorough, it demonstrated that they are a company that take pride in their work.

They are a hardworking, passionate team with a vast skill set. I had an idea in my head to create a LUXE hotel inspired en suite and Opulence brought that idea to life and created a space so relaxing and modern.

You are continously updated with progress, timescales are realistic and they even check in with you to make sure everything is going in the right direction, your happy and understand their plan of action.

From the first meeting to discuss ideas and looking at options for the new furniture everything ran so smoothly, nothing was an issue and they were more than happy to go that extra mile for you! It wasn't just another en suite it was my en suite and they were fully invested in it from start to finish.

I have never experienced service like this before and if I were to rate it, 5 stars doesn't come close! Opulence is that company who strives to bring platinum level service and transform your space, creating something so bespoke and so special for you with attention to detail and maximum effort.

I am so happy with EVERYTHING and how amazing my en suite now is because of Opulence. They understood exactly what I wanted and I feel proud of what I now have in my home!

Thanks to all the guys for their efforts, their laughs, their banter and everything else along the way! I can't recommend Opulence enough and will be telling anyone who listens about them.

Great service. Really happy with our shower. Kept us updated with the times they would be round. The job took 2 days, and the bathroom was cleaned up after. Highly recommended!

Couldn't rate Opulence higher - they gave me a fantastic quote which included complicated electrical work (saving me doing this separately) which they managed to do through an existing fitting instead of making a hole in the wall which I had previously been advised by other companies would be necessary, and which would have cost me more money to have re-plastered. They were polite, friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was done well even at nearly 6pm on a Friday when they could have been done for the week a few hours before. They tidied and cleaned up, took all rubbish and old fittings away with them, and even put up a mirror in my hallway for me. I'm so happy with my new bathroom, everything has been installed to such a high standard and you can really tell all of their staff care about their work and enjoy representing the company. Nothing was too much trouble for them and there was clear communication throughout every step of the process - it was my first time doing any kind of bathroom revamp so was very daunting but I feel so glad I went with Opulence. We were let down by a previous plumber and had our radiator off for 2 months so decided to ask for recommendations at work and someone suggested these guys. We rang them up and they were here the next day to give us a quote and the work was done 2 days later.
