The lady on the checkout Sarah was very polite and helpful but felt sorry for her as she clearly needed help on the tills as a que was forming. All the other staff just stood around and didn't help her at all. But Sarah who served us was very helpful and polite. May I suggest get staff that are willing to help others and not stand around

The manager Mel and her team are wonderful! They are very respectful and patient with everyone who enters the shop. I work for a client with a learning disability and the lady who regularly serves him is so patient and kind, he loves the shop! Mel has trained her team well.
