Fantastic experience dealing with Ben from Oakley & Norman. They were recommended by a friend of ours and thank God they did. Managed to save us quite a bit of money compared to Wickes. I cant speak highly enough of Ben, he knows his stuff and would give great suggestions based on ideas we had at the time. He was dropping samples round our house and patient with us when taking our time in deciding on what to go for. From talking to Ben on the phone and going round to their showroom, we had a great feeling that they were the ones to go with. Made the process from beginning to end a stress free experience. From our fittings to fitter it was all first class. We are so happy with our bathroom and you can probably already work out that we would highly recommend Oakley and Norman for anyone in the area in need of a new bathroom. We used Oakley and Norman for our bathroom refit and were delighted with the level of service provided. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to use a local, reliable, independent bathroom specialist. They helped to redesign/improve our existing layout and choose appropriate products, and ensured everything was delivered on time, according to the plumber's schedule. Their after-sales care was also great, as they quickly resolved a couple of issues we had with a product. Both our family bathroom and ensuite are tricky rooms built into the eaves. Ben and Andrew came up with fantastic design solutions that achieved everything we wanted. The quality of the bathrooms is fantastic and we have never worked with a more professional and responsive business. Shaun did the installation and his attention to detail was incredible. Brilliant customer relationship from design to completion. Would highly recommend this fantastic local business.

Andy is an absolute star, we wanted to change the layout but had no idea how best to use the space, he designed everything for us with different options etc and was really helpful throughout. The bathroom was supplied quickly and they really went over and above to accommodate our timelines, we’re really pleased with the finish and will absolutely be back when it’s time to do the downstairs bathroom! We used Oakley and Norman as they had done my parents bathroom which they designed around my dad who had dementia and mobility issues. Our bathroom was a refit and Oakley and Norman design and service was amazing and went without a hitch. Highly recommend Ben, Jamie and Andrew.
