Scott has just left having done out our bathroom and a bit work in a downstairs toilet, my wife and I could not be happier with the finished result it is absolutely gorgeous. I can't praise North East Kitchen and Bathroom Supplies enough! From the moment I received the initial quote, which was completely pressure-free and honest, to the final touches, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. There were no hidden costs or surprises—the price they quoted was the price I paid.

They took care of everything, including re-skimming the plaster on my walls, re-boarding the floor to ensure it was perfectly level for the new flooring, as well as plastering, electrics, plumbing, and kitchen fitting. They also supplied and installed all the electrical appliances, including the induction hob, extractor hood, double oven, and fitted washing machine. The quality of the materials is outstanding; the cabinets and worktops are incredibly solid, well-crafted, and built to last for years.

A special mention goes to the seller John, who guided me through the entire process. They showed me samples of the craftsmanship of the cabinets, helped me pick out the perfect colour scheme, and took the time to understand my specific needs. With my back problems in mind, they designed the kitchen around me, incorporating plenty of storage with easily reachable cupboards and drawers. The soft-close drawers that pull out mean I can access everything I need without having to strain or reach into the back of cupboards.

Andy, the head fitter, was superb throughout the installation. He took immense care to minimize disruption, even laying protective coverings through the lounge to prevent any damage. The team cleaned up thoroughly, taking away all the rubbish, and left me with the superb kitchen you see in the pictures.

Just had my bathroom transformed by North East kitchen & Bathroom suppliers. Cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish they are very professional , Davey our fitter has totally transformed my bathroom, I absolutely love it, he also respected my home, took care to make sure floors etc are covered before starting work,cleared up every day when finished, there was never any mess, & arranged for my old bathroom suite & all packaging to be picked up.

Allan and I want to send thanks for our beautiful bathroom, from start to finish the whole experience was great. Ian’s planning advise was perfect, he knew exactly what I was thinking, was very friendly and professional, Allan is due an operation this week and he arranged the job to be complete quickly. In walks John the fitter less than 2 weeks later and an amazing job was done in just 4 days, no corners cut, he arrived early stayed late, was friendly and clearly an expert at what he does. A pleasure to have in our home. Just perfect start to finish, we’ll certainly recommend North East Bathrooms to anyone looking.

My elderly mother had a bath taken out and a walk in shower installed with a disabled seat. From getting the quote to the end job, the service has been great. The fitter Kev has made a lovely job. The After sales has also been excellent. He turned up the same day I called to sort out a couple of minor issues. I would certainly recommend them as not only have they made a great job of the walk in shower they treated my Mam with respect and kindness.
