We recently needed to get our ceiling extractor replaced, so went back to Nicholas Anthony who originally fitted the kitchen. The replacement ended up being far from straightforward as the original manufacturer had gone out of business, and all current alternatives were deeper than the original meaning the ceiling boxing also needed altering. Nicholas Anthony were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish, and their fitters were superb in terms of quality of work and care to protect the kitchen. These types of relatively small replacement jobs several years after original installation can be a complete nightmare, but we received the same very high quality service as when we first bought the kitchen which made all the difference.

We Placed an order and paid the deposit for our Kitchen in October 2021, set to be delivered by the end of May 2022. The kitchen was delayed till August 2022, and installation only began (by a very moody unprofessional fitter that took more than 6 weeks) end of August. In October 2022, he finally left our flat with an unfinished kitchen. Very rarely a company with so many bells and whistles turns out to be so unprofessional. Not only have they failed to right the wrongs by their oversight and poor design, but Nicholas Anthony is also asking for payments for correcting their design flaws.
Go to Nicholas Anthony if you want a kitchen where opening the fridge door could sever your fingers against protruding microwave (see pics), a dishwasher set away from the main sink where your dishes drip on the floor from the sink to the dishwasher, doors for integrated appliances made wrongly by equally awful Simatic, Inside of the pantry is made incorrectly with titled shelves, banquette designed so high that even a 6'2" man's feet would touch the floor when they sit on it, and most impotently, a company that would not take responsibility for any of their designs flaws and lack of understanding of how a kitchen should be sued.

So here is Advice for anyone choosing Nicholas Anthony (NA) to design their kitchen:

1: Go elsewhere

2: If you choose to stay, categorically say no to Siemactic manufacturing your kitchen. Siematic kitchens are late, made to wrong measurements repeatedly, fail to detect and correct design flaws and look mediocre.

3: Have their design drawings looked over by another kitchen designer. As a layperson, you may not pick up on the design elements that are wrong or counter-intuitive (like a banquette designed too high that when the 8cm cushion is placed on it, your knees will hit the table, your finger gets caught by the microwave door when opening the fridge door etc.) once things go wrong, they will not correct them.

4: Have their contract reviewed by your solicitor, as they ensure they are protected under any circumstances, and once the kitchen is ordered and fitted if items have gone wrong, you can't get them to correct it.

Having met the MD of NA, I now understand why NA operates as it does. Most companies are a reflection of their owners, and NA's owner/MD does not take responsibility, hides behind his contract, tries to bully you, and throws you out of his showroom when he does not like hearing what you tell him.

Update: 22/August 2023
15 months after when my kitchen was supposed to be finished. Several wrong set bespoke panels by SieMatic and 3 sets of appointments were cancelled by NA; today, their fitter arrived to change the wrong thickness panel for my Bespoke (truly laughable) kitchen. After 15 months, the fitter had to cut the bespoke panels in order for them to fit. According to NA, Simatic can't make panels to order, and you end up with sawed-off, unpainted backs to your panels—more DIY/IKEA than Bespoke.
