I’ve shopped at Next several times – lovely staff and a great spot for quick shopping. However, I feel their collections could be more complete, as I often find the latest updates, especially in shoes, bags, and clothes, aren’t available in-store. Baby collection also should be more available in sizes and models !

I’m absolutely disgusted to have received a parking ticket for being just 16 minutes over the time limit while meeting a friend for a long-overdue catch up at Costa I never noticed there were parking restrictions in the area, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be penalized for such a small overage. I won't be using your Costa for any meetups in the future! This experience has really soured what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable time with a friend. Very disappointing!

Usual Costa range of drinks and food. Big space with loads of seats. Very busy even on Saturday, just one thing to improve, tables not always clean quickly enough after customers leave. Even though I feel like the customer should also help with this by putting they stuff away after they finish.

I love Next for the kids clothes and home section but the click and collect process can take a long time. There can be up to 10 people waiting sometimes and the last 2 times I’ve collected my orders the staff have said they’re having difficult finding it and ask me what’s in the parcel in order to track it down. The door to the room where all the parcels are is always left open and I always think to myself how do they find anything, there’s just so many parcels everywhere. Other than that I always have a pleasant experience at this store.

I had an extremely frustrating experience picking up my online order. I arrived and was forced to wait an absurd 40 minutes, despite the fact that other customers who came after me received their orders within minutes. I asked a staff member for help, but they just seemed uninterested and didn’t offer any solutions. Only when I escalated the issue to a supervisor did my order finally appeared and surprise, it was within just in a few minutes. This experience was not only inconvenient but left me questioning their commitment to fair and efficient service.

A really sizeable store with lots of options, however they're oftentimes out of the most popular sizes, e.g. 34 regular.

The queue is also often long due to lack of till staff and there's never service on the fitting rooms. Service is what, if done well, makes shopping onsite better than online. When done badly you may as well shop online.

The store also has a Costa which is handy although often understaffed - long queues, dirty tables.

We went to the Home department to look for a hurricane candle holder that was out of stock online. Nina immediately took us straight over to the candle holders and located the exact one we wanted. She was lovely - so efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Went there to order sofas. Added 3 sofas in the basket on their tablet but couldn't complete purchase since the tablet wasn.t connecting to the servers. Was told they'll give me a call back when it's sorted. Haven't received the call for 2 weeks now.

Anyway, the shop itself is very nice, good collection of everything and pretty big too. The staff seemed nice, I suppose it was a rare mistake from their end. But I'll definitely be going there again.
