I have shopped at Neptune Canterbury a few times now and enjoyed every experience. I particularly love the Christmas atmosphere, with the happy helpful staff, beautiful displays and charming music playing. I also took part in a Christmas Wreath Workshop here, it was a lovely experience and a wonderful way to get into the Christmas spirit early. Thank you to all the staff who make it such a pleasant experience each time.

We have been customers of Neptune Canterbury since opening in 2016, and just love the products and atmosphere at the store. It’s such a friendly space to spend time, get inspired and plan new home projects or just buy a beautiful special little treat for a gift or yourself. We’ve also spent several fantastic evenings at the showroom taking part in workshops and special events, which makes this place so much more than just a shop! Highly recommended.

Great products & beautiful shop, but stuff don’t always have good product knowledge and can be a bit off ish. Every time I go in I leave feeling a bit meh which is a shame as I love Neptune.

Been a customer for a couple of years, recently bought Shell emulsion and it was dreadful. Did not match the colour card nor the room I painted 2 years ago. Customer service really dragged their feet and failed to put it right. They tested the paint and said it was the same colour as my original, it was not, my husband, our client and the painters all agreed it was a completely different shade. In the end I went for a Farrow and Ball colour as the job had to be completed before Christmas. I will avoid Neptune in the future as they completely failed to put it right.

Recently completed an extension and could not be more grateful to the team at Canterbury for working around our delayed build and helping me (heavily pregnant and absolutely desperate to move back home!) get things back on track.

Special thanks to owner Mark for his un-flappable calm and flexibility - even pitching up personally to make sure we could have the kitchen fitted in time!

Thank you so, so much. It is stunning and I can't quite believe it's ours. Almost scared to cook in it its so lovely (....not really! am never going to stop cooking now!)
