Adam and the team were fantastic at meeting a tight deadline for a new bathroom suite after our fitter unexpectedly became available. They were able to explain the process, send samples and liaise with the factory to make sure our multicoloured suite arrived on time.

Our fitter even commented on the quality of the bath.

We need a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink and so I contacted National Discontinued Bathrooms on 19th December 2022. I received a prompt reply from Adam on 23rd stating that they had stock. I replied stating that, due to the price, we would look for a cheaper alternative. I received a most courteous reply from Adam. Having been unsuccessful we chose to buy from National so on 7th February I emailed to this effect but received no response. On 13th I emailed again, once again no response. On 15th I telephoned and the message stated that the phones are not manned due to staff illness and to send an email! On 18th I emailed again and of course no response. What do I have to do to get this company to contact me and sell me a sink? Peter
Subsequent to the above I was emailed by Adam and everything has been sorted out. I have since been kept updated and the sink was delivered on 9th March. Now five stars!
