After going to another well known parts supplier that could not give me a date of when the part I needed would be in. NAPA Auto Parts had the part in the next day. 5 star service now and every time I have needed parts for various car and vans. If not in stock then it can be ordered and get it within hours. Very cheap original and non original parts. There has never been a time when they have not been able to supply me with a part for any vehicle I have. Excellent

As a trade customer I'm very disappointed. Since being bought out last year they've gone down hill. They used to be very good but recently they've let me down which leaves me in a bad position in front of customers. They even let me down on a part for my own vehicle promising me it was on its way and I'd have it soon, it didn't turn up and I ending up having to pay a taxi to take me home. In future our business will be going elsewhere.

It has its own car park, friendly & helpful staff and they have most items for vehicles in stock including truck parts if a item is not in stock they can get it within a couple of hours or the following morning + there prices are pretty good.
