First class experience from start to finish. Had my bathroom designed in just over a day, invited back in to choose my tiles, fixtures fittings etc and given a quotation.
Unfortunately my own installer let me down, they recommend one of the ones that works alongside them and I couldn't be happier with the standard of work, communication and cleanliness which they left the house in.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The showroom was very helpful in determining what we wanted and made the planning and purchasing process easy. The installer (Keiron) was very skilful, did an excellent and tidy job, was a pleasure to have around during the process, and any issues or snags were sorted out quickly and without fuss.
Would recommend both NPM and Keiron for quality, service and price.

Can't fault them, I was a picky customer and got treated like royalty even though i completely chsnged my mind at least once. Fab range, great quality, marvellous care - make sure they give you Keiron the fitter though, the man is a bathroom genius and worth his weight in biscuits!

We've spent the morning choosing our new bathroom and couldn't be happier with the service so far. They are a really friendly crew, Scott was our salesman and was patient and interested in hearing all of our wants and needs. He gave us options to reduce the cost if we wanted and helped us to design the bathroom to better make use of the space we have available. Being able to see what it will look like from the graphics provided is really helpful. The showroom is great and there's a really good selection of bathrooms to look at. The team have a great awareness of the products that go well together and if you are happy to be lead by them, you'll get the perfect bathroom. They know what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Recently had our small bathroom transformed by having the bath removed and wet room style shower room installed.
The design and help we had from Sharon at NPM was exceptional from first contact to end product.
Extremely helpful with good ideas and product advice, nothing was too much trouble.

Just ordered a lovely bathroom with NPM Bathrooms, their attention to us was fantastic and the choice they were able to highlight, both in the showroom and online were amazing. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the product ranges they sell and the potential of our bathroom. The lady who came round to the cottage to measure up and then provide a first design clearly knew what she was on about. A great experience and a great price. We are looking forward to it being installed.
