Needed Ford/Mazda part, woman here was extremely rude & was very insistent I was wrong. Proved I was right and the rude cow hung up. Not the 1st time she's done this.

Always great service from Dave but recently they hired a new lady called Sammy, she is so slow and rude. Very offensive to me on purpose and when I told her I found her very rude she laughed and simply did not care. She can’t have been in the motor trade long because she’s so slow and still gave me the wrong parts.

I won’t use them now all because of her, she is a ghastly woman and a bully. Feel sorry for her husband!

My brother also owns a garage who refuse to use them because she is so horrible to talk to.

Hope she finds peace working for Dominoes or something easy that she could actually do.

Sounds like a rich spoilt brat and kept telling me about a book she’s writing about her family like anyone cares
