I received exceptional and caring customer service from Sophie. I rang the store to see if this dress was in her shop. It was! I was explaining why I wanted to buy it and she agreed with me it would be perfect for that occasion! To have someone so helpful and enthusiastic is so appreciated. Today we received the best service in Monsoon/Accessorize Basingstoke getting our daughters ears pierced. Anna was extremely professional, took time to ensure the positioning was right and fully explained the after care.

We were looking around and heard the staff replying incredibly rudely to another customer who simply asked if they sold anything gold. ‘I don’t know how you want me to help you if you don’t know what you want’ was the response given. Icy and not kind at all to a woman that asked what I would class as a perfectly reasonable question.

The lady who asked the question left the store and then the two staff members at the till decided it was professional and kind to discuss how ridiculous they thought the request this women had was. Disgusting customer service quality from the two women at the till on Saturday 30th April around about 16:00.

Went to Basingstoke Monsoon this morning was very impressed with the customer service we received from the young sales assistant whose name is Tate was so helpful and very polite such a delight to be served by such a polite young woman.

Who doesn't like bargains 50% reductions awesome. Bought clothes which I didn't afford. Best time for shopping.
Wheelchair accessible enterance. Professional, helpful and helpful staff. Airy, spotless, clean and tidy shop. We love this shop good quality and durable clothes. I bought a coat a couple of years ago but today it still looks new. We highly recommend
