We have recently had our bathroom designed by Paul from Monkmoor Bathrooms. He listened and advised us on what would and would not work. The final design looked perfect on paper but would it look great when fitted Paul assured me it would. We were in and out of the shop choosing items and changing our minds on things. Lora was very patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble and we welcomed her advice. We even had a cuppa with a biscuit. Jack the fitter came to our home to check all was ok. Over 2 weeks Jack worked extremely hard and we now have the bathroom we really wanted. It looks amazing. There are a couple of minor issues but Paul and Jack are on it. We certainly would recommend Monkmoor Bathrooms and Jack the fitter. THANK YOU

Fantastic Company!
We have two complete bathrooms from start to finish. Our Project Manager, Cameron was brilliant, so professional, extremely friendly and his extensive knowledge made the whole process super smooth and easy! The fitters, Darren and Greg were also 'Outstanding', Workmanship was to perfection.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. We wanted a complete bathroom overhaul with a bit of building work included (rearranging walls etc) Cameron came out to design the bathroom and came up with some fabulous revisions to my own design that gave us a much better layout. Hannah, in the showroom, very patiently helped me pick out all of the items needed and book a date for work to begin.
Very quickly Greg and Daz were on site to begin work, they were friendly, professional, clean and tidy workers and even better they finished earlier than expected. The only issue we had (wrong toilet sent) was dealt with quickly and efficiently and instantly became a non-issue and I only mention it to show that not everyone is perfect but it's how a problem is dealt with that leads to good customer satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for all your bathroom needs.

Found Monkmore Bathrooms showroom by accident. Within a few minutes of entering the showroom Cameron had introduced himself and shortly after a home visit to discuss what was possible was booked. At this time Cam explained possibilities and options and very soon later an order was placed. Hardest part was deciding the colour of times and boards as there is such a choice !
A few weeks later installation date arrived. We were amazed how much the two fitters could achieve in one day. These two were ideal representatives of the firm and were very patient with my questions.
In what seemed a short period the new bathroom was finished to my wife's delight. Within an hour of completion Cam arrived to inspect the work and shortly after the skip was removed - all being examples of how efficient the firm is!
