We have a Benson Gas Heater in our unit which had a faulty sensor. Top marks to Modern Heating who tried to source a replacement for the obsolete defective part. They told us what we needed, we managed to source it and then came out and fitted it.

Once upon a time, there was a wonderful young lady by the name of Julie. Julie would metaphorically take me by the hand and guide me through the complexities of boiler health and maintenance. Julie cared, she put up with my idiosyncrasies, she always went that little bit further to guarantee customer satisfaction. Julie could also calculate the cube root of an ox-bow lake. Julie is clever. Apparently, Julie has moved on to bigger and better things within the company hierarchy. The very competent Jacob now liases with me pertaining to my hot water and heating needs. Modern Heating are just as efficient as they always were. Their engineer arrived on time and proved himself to be an expert in his field. I would recommend this company for all your central heating requirements.... but I miss Julie.

I have used Modern Heating for many years. The service they provide from start to finish is excellent and being a landlord this is very important.
They are always very helpful when I ring and will contact the tenant to arrange appointments (which saves me time).
The engineers are knowledgeable, carry out the job efficiently and very polite.
I would definitely recommend them for all your heating and plumbing needs.

OK the guy turned up and serviced the boiler, on the second attempt even though it was booked in 3 days earlier. Appointment changed without my knowledge. But the engineer was so rude. No please or thanks you’s, not even a hello and goodbye. This guy has a lot to learn about customer service. Also stuck a sticker to the outside of our boiler without asking. Also had such an attitude.

The drivers are terrible! Almost made me crash?! Outrageous. The small baldish man was awfully rude WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK TO HIM ! i think his name was Clayton? NOT HAPPY. Mi almost backed out the ak, full of crocodile teet
