Visited the showroom on Thursday spent plenty of time looking at the product but it was obviously too much trouble for any of the staff to ask if I needed any help, not even a hello. One member of staff sat at their desk and others congregated in another room having a meeting. If they're not interested at the point of sale would seriously worry if I had a service issue after fitting. I have 3 bathrooms to renovate aswell so I'll happily take my business elsewhere!

I used John Nicholls to supply our kitchen appliances (Miele, NEFF and Caple) and sinks. I dealt mainly with Andrew but everyone I spoke to was brilliant and very helpful. I visited the showroom several times and nothing was too much trouble. Very competitive on price and a great selection with lots on display in the showroom, I also went to an event there where a NEFF representative showed their ovens in use and cooked lots of really yummy food. I would highly recommend John Nicholls and especially Andrew.

John Nicholls have a lot of nice items to choose from and the show room is clearly better than others. The staff is helpful and the spend time going through the ware house to see if they have something in stock that might suit you. However, if you're looking for a small sink for a cloak room the you have to use your imagination and catalogues since not much is for display.
