I would like to post a review of our experience with Mike Ross Kitchens.

Mike is a professional tradesman who genuinely cares about the service to the customer. He always arrived on time and worked in a safe, methodical way and we always felt that he had our best interests at heart. From laying down protective barrier to protect the drive from the skip and in the hallway to protect wood floor to completing the full kitchen installation.

He always tried to leave us with a working kitchen sink tap and gas hob, arriving early in the morning to disconnect sink and hob then returned to reconnect when worktop template personnel required kitchen to be clear.

Mike installed the kitchen, and when he found that we could have a bigger sink cupboard he did not just follow the drawing but brought it to our notice and let us make the decision then he arranged to take the redundant one back and pick up the replacement and doors.

If you want a kitchen installer who will engage tradesmen i.e. Andrew from ACE (Andrew Carling Electrics), First Stop Skip Hire, who are professional in their work, who also turn up when stated, carry out the work agreed, who are polite, engaging and respectful of your home, then Mike Ross Kitchens are a company worth contacting.

If you want a kitchen installer who will take ownership of the job in hand, who can deliver the whole installation package, sticks to the estimate agreed, who finishes the job in the time stated, answers the phone when you ring, who responds to WhatsApp message and e-mails, answers the questions you have including the daft ones then Mike Ross Kitchens is a company worth considering.

We have the kitchen we wanted, installed by a true gentleman to a very high standard.

I contacted Mike as I was offered a second hand kitchen. I was happy to take out my old one but needed someone who could fit the cabinets etc when they came and make it work in my house. Mike did an amazing job - it looks like a brand new kitchen. A really good price for some extremely high quality work. Mike was so helpful when I was working out what extras I'd need to get and made a kitchen from a very different size space, look like it was designed for me. Friendly, approachable and a thoroughly nice man. I would highly recommend Mike.

Excellent service, top quality work and very professional. About 99% of trades people these days literally don’t care and turn up, do the job as quickly as they can and leave without checking things, cleaning up etc. Mike Ross does the opposite. He makes sure he does it right, checks it once done, asks the customer to check and then cleans up.

I would highly recommend Mike, we're renovating our kitchen ourselves, but we needed someone to fit our new worktops, Mike turned up when agreed to fit them and did an amazing job, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Thanks Mike the worktops looks super! 🙂

Mike fitted me a breakfast bar and what an amazing job he has done, very pleased with it. Unfortunately some of the side panel chipped off I messaged Mike and with no problems at all he came out and replaced the whole side panel again. Highly recommend him nothing is too big or small and he will do anything he can to help. Really grateful and love our new breakfast bar.
