Cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by the staff at Micheal Jones in Banbury. Against all expectation they were able to source rare strap fixing pins for my wife's vintage Tissot, (the originals having been lost/damaged by another jeweller), and fit a beautiful new strap, all at a very reasonable price. We were initially attracted by the beautifully dressed windows of Michael Jones in Banbury, full of lovely watches and stunning jewellery. Over the years, we have had excellent service for various smaller purchases, servicing of watches etc. When we wanted to mark a special anniversary with a special piece we spoke to Simon who helped us understand the characteristics of yellow and white gold as well as platinum and helped us choose the best setting.
