My elderly parents paid c. £5000 to have this firm refit their very small bathroom.

The workmanship is frankly awful - joints that are unsealed, and ill-fitting panels everywhere. (The justification being "the walls are the wrong height".)

A month later, the toilet leaked. To his credit, Mr John was prompt in fixing it, but it's not impressive to hear the response "somebody must have knocked the joint."

This firm always had a great local reputation, but it's impossible to recommend them based on this work. Thoroughly disappointing.

We used Michael John Interiors to remove our old bathroom and install a new one. The price was reasonable, the customer service was brilliant and the job was completed within 3 weeks of accepting the quote. The whole experience was stress free and the staff were helpful and good at their jobs. We would highly recommend this company.
