My original fitters let me down and with an aged loft bathroom that had sprung a leak and needed a complete overhaul, I wanted to be sure I was going with the right company. Having looked at the reviews for MGI’s team (I was a bit cynical they could be THAT good) and after having met Drago, I felt assured they knew their stuff. I am delighted to feed back that Drago and Tsvetan provided an absolutely first-rate service and have given me a bathroom I could not be happier with. I literally can’t fault them on anything – from their excellent timekeeping throughout, a very helpful and thorough initial visit to enable Drago to prepare a detailed and itemised quote, the immensely helpful handover meeting with the client and fitter to agree next steps, to Drago’s great communication throughout and no matter how busy he was juggling jobs, he came to site every day to see the work himself and was always happy to provide guidance, reassurance and great ideas.

Tsvetan is a marvellous fitter, amazingly clean and tidy (even when trapsing to the top of the house), took steps to prevent dust etc, super organised, friendly and polite (even after a 2-hour drive), always prompt and worked so hard the job was finished in 7.5 days instead of 10 even when there were a few challenges thrown in. He can do the lot - tiling, electrics, plumbing, reconfiguring the plumbing completely and fitting, made a wonderful built-in cupboard and made suggestions to improve the design! He is a can-do solutions guy, meticulous in all his work and tidying up and was v considerate about my house and noise etc.

On the note of helpful ideas, when struggling to find a modern shower that would fit all the vagaries of the loft set up, Drago recommended a bathroom supplier. Ravi was equally a delight. He fitted me in, there was no hard sell, again did a full investigation of the set up and with Drago, they came up with a solution on site, he provided a 3d model and a competitive quote so I ordered ALL the fittings through him and they arrived on time and are all great and he and Drago communicated so I knew if I had discussed something with one, the other was up to date.

I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Drago and his team. He came to the rescue and far exceeded my expectations. I am talking to him now about ripping out my main bathroom which I have put off because of some other tricky issues but I am now confident to go ahead with Drago’s team. I sound like the other effusive recommendations because it was just brilliant work, hassle-free and with excellent client care.

Fabulous bathroom renovation from Drago and his fitter Tsvetan at MGI Services. My whole family is delighted with the high-quality result.

Engagement and communication was flawless throughout - with advice on our planning, design and on the best place to buy all the bathroom fixtures.

The team works to a schedule - in our case - 2 weeks for a complete en-suite renovation including fitting a shower for the first time and 1 week for partial renovation of our main bathroom. In both cases they were on time or very slightly under.

I was particularly impressed by the neatness of the finish, with the Tsvetan being meticulous about rerouting pipework to clean up for legacy workarounds.

Tsvetan arrived on time every day and was polite and unobtrusive. They took care to mitigate mess in passageways and left the site neat and working every day. Overall, their was minimal disruption for my family.

MGI would be my first choice for any future work for me and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Am so pleased with the bathroom that Drago and his team completed for me. Drago was very responsive and communicative throughout the project and Emil did a fantastic job with a great finish (whilst also keeping the works very tidy and causing minimal impact on the rest of the house). Amazing service and quality of work from Drago and Tsvetan. We had 2 bathrooms fully renovated in just about 2 weeks, and we’re so happy with the result!

It was our first renovation project and we felt nervous/overwhelmed, but Drago’s team made the whole process so smooth and transparent. Tsvetan is an extremely hardworking and reliable expert so we knew our project is in good hands.

Drago and his fitter Val did an exceptional job in refurbishing our new bathroom which we had not done so in 40 years. Drago visited our house at the start to understand our requirements and offer his opinion on things we were not sure about. He gives you a detailed breakdown on how much things will cost . Drago definitely took care of us by visiting each day to ensure the work is going according to plan. Val his fitter is an amazing person and an exceptional fitter. His work is immaculate, clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who is looking to refurbish their bathroom and I will be using his services again in the future to get my next bathroom done.

Drago and his team are absolutely amazing! From the initial meeting and quote to the finish of the project, he and his colleagues did an incredible job. The standard of workmanship from Val and his son was 10/10 and the work ethic too. Here at 8:00 in the morning and putting in a full day's work. Drago visited every couple of days to check on progress and to talk to me about what was happening and if anything needed discussing. Drago also suggested using a bathroom designer, at our initial consultation and am I glad we did! Ravi came to the house, measured up and then discussed with us what we wanted and how best that would work within our budget. He then produced drawings and an itemised budget - once agreed he ordered all the goods and came back several times to see that everything was satisfactory. The time-frame for the whole project was 4 weeks - met with Drago in the middle of July, brand new bathroom by the middle of August! I can't recommend Drago and his team highly enough - thanks guys!!!!

The project experience with MGI Services Limited was beyond 5*. The project was ahead of schedule, hassle free and exceed expectations!

I had found 5-6 companies for the bathroom refurbishment but none of them could compare with MGI during the quoting stage. I met with Drago for the quotation and he came across professional and knowledgable. Also no pressure on closing deal unlike some other companies. The communication was work in my timeline.

When I've made up my mind to go ahead the project with Drago, I was well-informed of the project as soon as a deposit was placed. What the team needs, work time of the project and daily update of what the project will be covering. The project was ahead of schedule which I was very pleased!

Svetan who done up the bathroom was professional, efficient and hardworking. I saw substantial progress of the project every day. During the project, the area are well covered and Svetan made sure places are cleaned up every day.

At the end of the project, Drago came to check everything to finalised the project.

Have been using the new bathroom for a month or so and no complain whatsoever. In fact, I look forward to a bath time everyday!

For the quality and peace of mind, it comes with a premium. The quote of the project was the most expensive we found but we are happy to go ahead given its other 5* reviews and samples of portfolio. We felt there is quality assurance and unlikely will have any follow-up trouble. It also comes with 2-year guarantee on labour work.

I highly recommend MGI and definitely will reach out to them if I have any future projects!
