I've had some frustrating experiences at this McDonald's. They often run out of paper cups for hot drinks, and they refuse to let me use my own reusable cup or even transfer the drink from their larger cup to my own. Very stubborn.

This is the second time the lid was forced onto the cup, causing it to deform and spill hot liquid when I tried to drink.
Idk what scheme they were running but having thier staff keeps coming up during my meal and asking us to go online enter the lucky draw and add the name of the staff was pretty annoying.

I once ordered a large fries at the drive-thru. Apparently, the staff noticed my presence, and my order was left on the counter while the window remained closed. The staff were chatting and laughing. I didn’t say anything as I understood the British culture. There were people behind me, and we probably didn’t know what we were waiting for. I waited about 5 minutes without saying anything. The girl finally came to hand me the fries, but there were no napkins, no ketchup, nothing.

I know it’s McDonald's, i just wish Burger King or Wendy's were closer.

Waited 20 minutes for a burger meal and apple pie, food is cold and drink is two inches low when I had to pay an extra £1.10 for it, I expect it to be at least full. Also had so many delivery drivers in there pushing and getting in the way so I found it impossible to talk to someone and when I did they walk straight past me even tho I was speaking to them.

Used their drive through, they don't have a menu!?!?
I said to the lady is there not a menu? She said I'm afraid not.
I could always read the menu out to you?

But I used the drive through as I was in a hurry.

Consistently rubbish. The incompetence and poor service is off the charts. Don't remember the last time I got the correct order and/or the food was even reasonable let alone good. If you try to call, phones just ring out, managers won't speak to you .... have no choice but to go complain to head office. Both McDonalds in Stevenage have been crap.for years in comparison to others.

Never been a fan of McDonald's (BDS) but in a moment of weakness I found myself in the drive-thru. Not expecting much, I looked up and my eyes met those of a captivating girl...as if that wasn't enough, the customer service was like nothing I've had before. I really didn't expect much of this evil establishment...they don't know that they've got here. Really something special 5*.I didn't quite catch her name but think it was something like Cassandra x

Better than most McDs, and they had milkshakes available! Was quiet when we visited. Seating area was very clean, toilets were also better than expected. Overall a pretty good McDs. Well done to the staff for caring 👍

I got a iced Latte and it was half way full and it had more ice than the actual drink, i was not HAPPY and when i asked the worker about my drink, he said that is how they do it but how am i getting my money’s worth if I'm paying more for less

Definitely not ordering from this store again. Made me order 3 times to have 90% of my food missing, couldn’t be able to get the first order done because they took 2 hours to check my order and spent £60 for absolutely not good quality food. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
