Fantastic customer experience.
Right from the start Matt and Joanne made us feel comfortable about selecting a new kitchen. They showed patience, shared ideas and experiences and helped us thru the process. Even during fitting as we learned more we were able to make improvements that enhanced appearance and usability.
Highly skilled fitting team under Eiv that went the extra mile with ideas and attention to detail.
Matt even arranged for us to visit the granite suppliers locally and also to see the surfaces being cut, another group of guys with incredible skills and experience. Electrical and flooring team were first class too (we have had them for additional work since).
Good communication throughout including post fitting follow up.
Highly recommend this excellent local business, you can rest assured of high quality products and service.

We had our kitchen sorted and designed, which we were more than happy with, due to having to delay our fitting we had a change of heart on the design.
Matt redid the design came up with a superior version by changing a structural wall.
The builder, window fitter, plastering, electrical company, decorating, flooring company all managed by Matt did a fab job any alterations were sorted straight away.
The kitchen is amazing the workers were amazing the appliances are fab.
The company is efficient, clean working and tidy, fitting is perfection, nothing is a problem for the company to sort.

I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them, they fit the kitchen from start to finish ending with decorating and the finished job has made a massive change to our home the improvement is unbelievable.

We had four quotes for our kitchen and were sick of approaching companies that said you have to get the electrician or plasterer’s we wanted the job done start to finish and Matthew James kitchens did that to a very high standard.

The whole experience of meeting Joanne at the showroom her knowledge and ability to cater to the needs of an individual customer and show a product on CAD was impressive. This project was completed by Nick the kitchen fitter, who was highly skilled, courteous, tidy and perfectionist along with Steve the electrician and his team and Sam and his team who did vinyl floor. Matthew has been a strong support to all in coordinating with Joanne. Overall very impressed with the team work.

From my first contact who was Joanne to Matt the owner and all the trades who fitted my new kitchen, Kiya and Eiv in particular, I can't recommend them enough.
I wanted a stress free new kitchen installation and they delivered. Joanne made the process, which was daunting to me, manageable. Her design to Coordinating who should be where and when was so professional.
The attention to detail was second to none. Matt and Joanne were readily available and always returned calls and emails promptly. Contact is so important when you're going through redesigning your kitchen .

We absolutely love our new kitchen. Matt really listened to our requirements and came up with a clever and thoughtful design which meets our needs and fits in with the style of our period house. The fitters and tradesmen worked extremely quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were reliable, polite and considerate, tidying up after themselves at the end of each day and finishing the job to a very high standard. Joanne is at the end of the phone to answer any queries and keep on top of the purchasing decisions, and having Matt project-manage the tradespeople and suppliers took a lot of the stress out of the process. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and our finished kitchen is a joy to be in. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Matthew James Kitchens. Great range of kitchens, great installation and really good price. Excellent communication right the way through the process as is needed for this type of project. Excellent people to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend them. No where near as expensive as some quotes we had from boutiquey, showroom outlets yet the quality was as good if not better.

We're very happy with our new kitchen and very pleased with the workmanship and quality of it. We found dealing with Matthew James a pleasant experience, no hard sell, and throughout the process communication was kept up and that they stayed true to their word. All the fitters and contractors were top quality, friendly, and got on with the job.

We did get a bunch of quotes during the process and they weren't the cheapest, however they were the only ones that gave me the confidence that they'd do a great job. I'd be more than happy to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
