A new kitchen was desperately needed but what? We trailed round various companies and saw nothing to inspire us until we found In House Kitchens, Brighouse. Steve welcomed us in and a tour of the kitchens began.
Instantly, he involved us asking what we wanted from our kitchen. From our answers and chatting over ideas, Steve produced designs for us to consider. Some ideas we had never thought about but he spent time talking us through the changes we might make. The cupboards, storage and equipment were discussed right down to handles or not on drawers!
The final decisions were made and Alex and his team moved in. The whole project was excellently organised and run. They arrived daily, on time, worked and cleared away all equipment. Time was taken to ensure we were happy at each stage. Any problems and Steve and Alex sorted it out.
Ultimately, we have a super new kitchen with lots of work space, storage, excellent light and a panoramic view!

An amazing kitchen, a tremendous design and incredible customer service.

From the first moment of stepping into Steve’s shop in Brighouse, we felt a true and genuine interest in designing a kitchen that was exactly right for us.

A fantastically refreshing approach in which Steve tried to understand us rather than just sell us a kitchen, and a process in which we felt investing in as people, and the results were better than either of us could have imagined.

Steve challenged our thinking in the right places, to ensure we had the right design and gave us food for thought on aspects that would have never crossed our minds. The partnership and collaboration paid such amazing dividends.

The other aspect to highlight incredibly positively was that when we encountered glitches in the manufacturing (no fault of Steve’s) his proactive and attentive response was first class - if only all companies and service providers took such personal responsibility.

We cannot complement Steve highly enough for his skill, the pride he takes in his work, his investment in his customers as people and his unwavering commitment to the highest quality and standards - it’s clear he loves his work and we would recommend him and Masterclass to anyone.

Like a lot of the reviews, as soon as we went into Steve's shop in Brighouse, we felt immediately at home and impressed by the quality of the product. Steve's knowledge was super impressive. We had no idea what we wanted as regards design and colours but we went on a journey of collaboration, debate, review and decision making. Steve's enthusiasm really helped us when we couldn't make our minds up and all his advice to take it slowly and to keep reviewing over and over again. We chose our own installer and during the installation, Steve's responsiveness to questions and issues was fabulous. The end results were ourstanding and we have a beautiful and functional kitchen.

Having trailed around many kitchen shops and not finding what we wanted (wood, but with no grain), as soon as we walked into In House Kitchens in Brighouse, we could tell it was going to be a different experience. There was so much choice of everything and Steve was so helpful. He did a few designs for us to consider and was very patient whilst we made up our minds and chose exactly what we wanted. The fitters (Alex and his team) were excellent and the quality of the workmanship and the kitchen units themselves are first class. Our kitchen and utility room look amazing - thanks to Steve and Alex!

From the moment we went into the showroom to the very end Steve and his team were excellent. I have got the kitchen I have always wanted. I thought I was going to have the same design with different units. How wrong was I. I am so impressed with Steve, who listened and advised us all through the design progress. Allow me to start with the summary so that you don't need to read everything - quite simply, you can't do better than engage this firm for your kitchen project.
We bought a house which had a 25 year old, seriously dull, kitchen and the transformation is little short of astonishing. Steve is a gifted designer for whom nothing is too much trouble but, at the same time, he will listen to and develop the clients own ideas, I dread to think how many designs were done before we settled on the final format. He provides a start to finish service and the quality of the Masterclass units is clear to see. In common with so many previous reviewers, we started as clients and finished as friends. Brilliant!

Recently used Steve to help redesign and make the most of my small utility space and arrange a new kitchen sink and Quooker at the same time.
Working with Steve it was really easy to agree a design that works for us and significantly improves its usefulness as a space.
Quality of products is really good too, and he uses very professional teams to do the fitting of the design which is another plus given how difficult it can be to organise the necessary tradespeople.
Overall really happy with the experience and the end product. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they need a new kitchen.

By chance, I was passing Inhouse Kitchen Designs shop in Brighouse (which I didn't know was there). The first thing I saw as I went in was the kitchen I wanted. After a discussion with Steve I went home and got hubby on board and we arranged for Steve to come out and look at our kitchen. Within a few days we had a few designs to look at. Steve was patient and listened to our needs. The designs were very good but we felt needed a little tweaking to suit ourselves. No problem, we all worked together and eventually decided on our design. As our kitchen is fairly small, there wasn't much change to layout. The high end quality units, Steve's knowledge and advise re worktops (we decided quartz), cupboards v drawers (I recommend the latter), airfryer v oven (we decided no oven and have no regrets), and we have a much larger looking kitchen. It's certainly more user friendly now.
A big 'Thank You' to Steve and Alex and his brilliant team of fitters for making the whole process a success and providing us with an absolutely wonderful, workable kitchen.
We would recommend their services to anyone.
