Generally happy but on the last 2-3 occasions I've gone in to buy from the Plant Kitchen range - disappointed.
The 1st time I couldn't find the range, I was told that they no longer keep all the Plant Kitchen items in one place, but they are interspersed with the same type of items which could be normal vegetarian/ non veg.
I did find the Mac N cheese on that occasion. 2nd time they didn't have any, and today - throughout the whole food hall there were literally only 2 items (main meal) that were Plant Kitchen! My item no where to be seen.
The staff were helpful and tried to look also, but to no avail. They too couldn't understand why the range could t be kept in one place making it easier for the consumer.

I'd like to know if M&S are phasing out plant based food?

I hope someone in authority sees this to reply.

Good selection, but poor service. The click and collect process is awful and takes a huge amount of time if there’s a queue. The cafe is regularly left in a poor state with tables failing to be cleared. On a recent visit I counted 24 dirty tables. A very poorly managed store.

This store is always a pleasure to visit. Staff are lovely too. Really love the choice in the free from range on offer.

This store boasts customer service, not in the cafe. Its been stripped to the bear minimum including choice of food on the menu. You eat sandwiches out of a box, there are no plates, no napkins, the ambiance is soulless, indifferent staff (no offensive just impersonal). Wasn't busy on the day I visited, yet I walked past five, yes five tables before I found one clear to sit at. Staffing levels don't appear to be an issue here, just needs a manager who will oversee what is going on. M&S are taking customers for granted and it shows. How lucky they are the visitors are here for other reasons.
Compare it with Waitrose just down the road, chalk and cheese in every respect..
