Mark replaced an existing shower with a larger low profile type. He identified exactly what I needed and provided a reasonable estimate given the problems with installing this type of shower in the existing location. We hired Mark to do a complete refit of our entire bathroom, and I have to say he was beyond fantastic from start to finish! In particular, the quality of his workmanship, and the end result he was able to achieve was outstanding.

From the start, Mark was really helpful in assisting us in the choice of items we needed so that we could select what we wanted, but still be confident that they were correct for the job at hand. It was clear that Mark was well liked and well known amongst the trade community of Bury St Edmunds, with everyone speaking very highly of him as they sold us bathroom items that we needed.

During the refit, Mark was very respectful of our home and space, and took extra care to ensure that everything he did was done carefully and properly. Including cleaning, as well as keeping his tools and workspace neat and tidy.

Everything went to schedule, and Mark communicated with us at every point along the way about small and large details that we would need to make decisions on.

Mark is clearly highly skilled in all elements of the bathroom fit, from tiling, to flooring, plumbing, heating, electrics - the lot! His experience clearly shone through in this regard, and it showed in the finished product.

Once done, everything is still in great working order, and Mark even came back to help with a couple of additional items my wife wanted to put up.

Certainly recommended to anyone that needs bathroom work done, and if you cant get him straight away as he is booked in , then it is definitely worth waiting for an availability.

We first had Mark and Gary with us over a year ago when they created an upstairs bathroom (we did not previously have one) which has been an absolute godsend and has stood the test of time with no problems since it has been built. Mark gave advice, tips and is conscientious and trustworthy with great workmanship. It therefore was an easy choice to ask Mark to remodel our kitchen and utility recently - again we are delighted with the result and have been really pleased with the whole process. Mark has just finished replacing a kitchen, a bathroom and remodelling, my ensuite and upstairs toilet and washbasin. He is so reliable and takes such pride in his work. He is so tidy as well, and just seems to know what will work. My project was made easy, because nothing was too much trouble. He took care of all the little things as well which is so refreshing.
