What an absolute pleasure it has been working with Marc and his two fitters Glenn and James. Marc was patient whilst we kept changing small details on the design, he wasn't pushy and offered assistance when it was requested. We even had a WhatsApp group so that we could communicate easily! The drawings and the quotation were easy to understand and were a great visual aid to help understand the proposed quotation. Glenn and James whilst working at the house were clean and tidy, they accommodated any requests willingly and genuinely couldn't do enough for us! They let us know times of arrival and if they couldn't attend for any reason. I didn't even bother getting more than one quotation as I wanted to use this company based on the high level of service I had received from the start. During the build process, the mirrors that we were due to have were late arriving so they have fitted two brand new mirrors as temporary mirrors until the correct ones are delivered... I don't know another company that would have done this! The end product has exceeded both our expectations and we are absolutely over the moon with both the bathroom and the en-suite. Once decorating is complete, I will upload some photos if it will let me.

Really disappointed with our new bathroom. The finishing touches were very unprofessional. We had Nigel back several times to be told there was nothing more he could do. We have now had to pay someone else to complete the finishing touches. One unhappy customer 🙁
