Just been into the shop to drop off a parcel. Really poor customer service. The guy behind the counter could not have been less engaged. Charged me for tape and provided no receipt. I will not return.

Th best local shop , they print , post , track parcels and offer services from ups to dhl to the Royal Mail . They will do their best to help any of your parcel or collection needs . They also have good selection of sweets , cards and drinks !

The staff printed the return label for me on an A4 sheet and then said I had to buy tape to stick it onto the package. I told him I only needed a small amount. In the end, when I asked for a return receipt, he said you had to pay 50 pence extra. He wrote the receipt by hand on a piece of paper and handed it over, even though a proper receipt is part of the postal process, it is free and should be printed and given to the customer. This is not a fair or ethical way to earn more money!
