I recently bought 4 big boxes. The first person I spoke to was helpful and estimated the cost at £250-300 based on weight. However, when I returned with the full boxes, another staff member quoted £800. He then called the first guy, and they both lied, claiming I had agreed to £500, which I never did. As a student, I can't afford that at all. I ended up wasting £100 on Uber to take my boxes back.
