I was recently observing how helpful and professional the store manager was with the customer ahead of me and couldn’t but help congratulating the young man on his quality of Service, when the customer agreed on how much the standard of service had improved since her last visit and how she would definitely be recommending them to her friends and family.

Unfortunately I had a very similar experience to the other negative reviews. The same man (glasses and darl hair & beard) was on the phone when I entered the store and ‘welcomed’ me with a ‘one minute’ finger. 10 minutes later he was still on the phone complaining to someone how devices weren’t connecting to the internet. The attitude on the phone was extremely unprofessional but eventually I collected my parcel and left. fair to say, it wasn’t the most pleasant experience and would put me off using the shop again. I think management should really consider rehiring because by looking at the reviews, it’s a recurring problem.
