Couldn’t recommend them more highly! I stopped by to send a package back home to Los Angeles, and Carlos and Praise couldn’t have been nicer and more patient with me! I had a lot of assorted things that were going to have to be logged in for customs; they took this over and let me get on my way to the meeting I was already late for! When the package arrived, much more quickly than I expected, it was packed with care, and there was a lovely handwritten Holiday card included as well! Happy to go out of my way to work with this team again the next time I’m in London.

We asked to pack a painting framed behind glass for shipping to EU. The painting arrived wonderfully packed, many protective layers, no damage whatsoever. We didn't know that the storage fee would have to be applied for the items not redeemed quickly from their store, but the team finally waved the storage fee after our shipper collected the item. So, thank you, wonderful service, definitely 5 starts for the packing!

Started using Mail Boxes Etc earlier this year after getting frustrated by my parcels being constantly stonlen for my flat communal area, and I am so happy with the decision. The guys in the shop are amazing and always help me manage the large about of deliveries I get each week. The ability to collect your mail out of hours is also a nice bonus. Highly recommend and if you are on the fence about whether you need a mailbox or not I would say try it. I did and I am very happy with that decision.
