they DO NOT take packages for Royal Mail that have a scan/qr code! I’ve just been in there and despite them being nice they do not offer the convenience of this.

I had a terrible experience at Mail Boxes Etc. Angel Islington. They refuse to provide any receipts when dropping off parcels, which is concerning if you need proof of postage. They even prohibited taking a simple photo of the parcel as evidence, which seems unreasonable and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, the staff were condescending and rude throughout the process. I wouldn’t recommend using their service—N1 Mailbox on New North Road is much better. They’re friendly, professional, and always provide receipts, making for a far more reliable experience. Avoid this location if you can.

I went in to print something and the quality of my design was not to my liking. Ozzy, who assisted me had so much patience (I was there for a while) and looked over my design until I was happy with the print. Absolutely wonderful customer service! On top of the service, they have great prices for printing! I would not go anywhere else for my printing.

Fantastic service, especially in a short amount of time. I had an exhibition the next day and needed a portfolio printed. Rahme served me, she was very helpful and willing to correct any errors during the printing. Overall, it's good if you need something printed as soon as possible, though the quote for the printing was a bit pricey. If you want to get a booklet done, don't use the plastic binding, as it will come undone.
