Communication throughout was superb. Fast and comprehensively detailed.

All of her recommended trades persons were equally professional and again communication with all of them was faultless throughout.

Whole process from initial enquiry to finished kitchen took less than 2 months.

Lyn dealt entirely with ordering and delivery of the chosen kitchen, worktops and appliances, and she also dealt with any manufacturer or installer issues that came up during the installation. After sitting through 2hours of planning with one well known kitchen out let and a site visit by another, I had no confidence in either. There prices were vague and left plenty of room to charge me for extras. Lyn visited us and was highly professional. I had a definate idea of what I wanted and Lyn delivered a great design plus a quality product . A great kitchen will not be a great kitchen if it not fitted probably.Lyns fitter and electrician were highly skilled, very neat , very clean . I thought going through an independent kitchen designer would be expensive compared to hight street names but this was definitely not the case . Excellent Service - Lyn really took on board what I liked and came up with a great practical and also beautiful design. I was probably not the easiest customer with lots of changes along the way, but Lyn really helped us with every obstacle we came across. The kitchen fitters she uses are also brilliant. When the floor is down and the decorating is done I will share some pictures. We love it!

So glad I decided to use Lyn Hawes Designs for my new kitchen. I had found that other local showrooms couldn’t accommodate all of my requirements but Lyn could offer so much choice. She had so many original ideas, which entailed having some cabinets made as a special size, but this was no problem, and when it all arrived – on time, and complete, I was very happy with the quality. It was also so nice to have one point of contact for all of my queries, and nothing was too much trouble. The fitting team, and other tradesmen were exceptionally good, and are obviously real craftsmen, that took real care. The finished product is without doubt much more than I could ever have expected, thank you so much. I will defiantly be recommending you to all my friends.

Have you got an old fashioned small kitchen and dingy dining room ? That's exactly what I had . One call to Lyn ...a couple of meetings to consolidate a few ideas for her to prepare a new design ...call in Pete her husband to remove the joining wall converting the 2 rooms into one ...and then hey presto within a short time Lyn and her contractors had fitted a beautiful new kitchen diner . If you are looking for a quality new kitchen and appreciate good old fashioned values with a "can do " attitude then I highly recommend you give Lyn a call !
