OUTSTANDING service from start to finish! Muhammad was amazing in helping us choose the right tiles , he went through all the brochures explaining pros and cons of each item for our desired bathroom design. He has a wide range of amazing tiles and bathroom materials in the showroom which he also went through with us in detail. He went out of his way to help us chose the right tiles and also arranged to meet us outside of working hours to discuss designs and browse products. Really pleased with the customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for bathroom supplies. Also all products were delivered on time with care and always kept me informed if there were any issues or delays. Excellent customer service 11/10! Keep up go the good work mo!

Muhammad was very helpful throughout the whole process from recommending tiles/designs, ordering the products, reasonable and fair prices right up to ontime delivery with excellent customer service throughout. After having got some ideas at a larger bathroom supplier for tiles and bathroom materials for 2 en-suites and a bathroom we went to see Mo at Lux and were very impressed with the service he provided. He sat down with us, listened to our ideas, made suggestions, went through lots of catalogues to find the items that best matched our requirements, provided an exceptionally competitive quote, kept us updated when there were supply issues with a few of these and provided an excellent delivery service. We are currently awaiting our bathroom fitters to start work so many items are still in their boxes but we have been very impressed so far with the level of communication, materials provided and price. I will up date the review when we've had some of the work done.

Brilliant selection of tiles especially the marble effect tiles which is what i was after for my kitchen. Got a really good price and delivery was quick. Particularly impressed with the sample service which made things easier as i could see exactly what they looked like on my floor. Thanks again
