The whole team at Luck and Fuller provided an absolutely first class customer experience and excellent quality end product for our recent bathroom renovation.

The initial consultation and process of developing the designs was not only extremely efficient but really innovative and flexible to ensure that the designs we arrived at fully reflected our ideas and preferences. We had fully costed proposals with designs we were happy with within 3-4 weeks of our initial appointment!

And the fit out was completed professionally, to a very high standard, and fully and faithfully reflecting the designs we'd prepared (including some agreed modifications along the way). No project is without its complications or challenges, and when these arose along the way the Luck and Fuller team left no stone unturned (literally in one case digging out part of the floor to re-route some pipework!) in making sure the project could still be delivered on time and on budget, and reflect our original designs.

And above all every one of the team we dealt with - from Jonathan and Jemma in the office to John, Joe, Rob and Toby and the rest of the fitting team - were an absolute pleasure to deal with and get to know over the course of the project.

We have no hesitation in recommending them based on our experience and would have no hesitation in engaging their services again in the future.

From the first moment we walked into the shop Kenny, John & all their staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Kenny designed a fabulous plan for our downstairs cloakroom but even when we made amendments nothing was too much trouble. Kenny and his team took the time to understand our interior design style, looking at rooms we have recently revamped and suggesting colour combinations that I hadn’t initially considered. At the design stage, Kenny managed to fit everything we wanted into some small spaces, giving us the designs we were very happy with. Once the installation started, the team were polite and tidy and let us know when they would arrive and what was going on.
